Christina Baez, also known as Baezy, was born and raised in New York City, where she is currently based. She has a BFA in Photography from The New School's Parsons School of Design.

Baez is a multi-medium artist with a focus on photography and digital illustration. She founded and hosts, The Subway Portraits podcast, a project that aims to create a living history of people's subway experiences.

In addition to having photos and graphic designs featured in People.com and UsMagazine.com, she's had work on display at La Bodega Gallery, Milk Gallery, Calumet Gallery and Dagny & Barstow.
